Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and passionate Business Development Intern for a 3-4 month remote role. This position is ideal for an MBA student or recent graduate with an interest in Private Equity, FinTech, and AI.
You will be responsible for conducting research on Private Equity firms, building a comprehensive prospect list, and collaborating with our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong research and communication skills. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and valuable insights into the business development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Research Private Equity Companies: Conduct in-depth research on Private Equity (PE) firms, their investment focus, portfolios, and recent activity relevant to Brownloop’s growth and target market.
- Build a Comprehensive Prospect List: Identify, evaluate, and compile a detailed database of potential prospects in the PE space and adjacent industries, supporting pipeline growth and strategic outreach.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with Brownloop’s Sales and Marketing functions to align prospecting activities with strategic campaigns, refine outreach messaging, and support lead-generation initiatives.
Learning and Development
During this internship, you will:
- Develop a practical understanding of the Sales and Business Development lifecycle.
- Gain deep insight into the world of Private Equity, emerging trends in FinTech, and the application of artificial intelligence in business.
- Learn effective prospect research and lead qualification techniques.
- Collaborate with high-performing Sales and Marketing professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Education Requirement
- The candidate should be currently pursuing an MBA or be an MBA fresher.
- Specialization in fields such as Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
